I stayed for one night and found the hotel to be a great base with nearby parks and the beautiful Chatelherault just a short walk away, which offered lovely views and walking trails. the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was quite enjoyable.

my stay at avonbridge was quite pleasant. the breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of food that really kicked off my day. the hotel is just a short stroll from the local restaurant, making it really convenient. plus, the staff were lovely and helpful during my visit.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed a stunning golfing break, checking out awesome courses in the area. The place was clean and cozy, perfect for chilling after a day on the greens. Food was decent, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, the breakfast variety was a bit hit-or-miss, but overall we had a blast!

The hotel had a lovely reception area. it felt inviting. The dining room looked appealing, with a nice setup. the corridor leading to my room felt neglected. The blue carpet looked outdated, and the paint on the walls was chipped. Entering my room revealed a stark contrast to the hotel pictures. the decor seemed tired, and the bed felt creaky and uncomfortable. I was disappointed by the hairdryer that emitted an odd smell, suggesting maintenance issues. The pillows were not stored properly, adding to the overall unkempt feel. I appreciated the shower's pressure but encountered noise disturbances from the bar area outside my window, which made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was a letdown. the continental options were limited, and I felt the hot breakfast didn't offer enough variety. The service at breakfast was slow, and I was unsure of vegetarian choices. On the upside, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at reception. The food I had for dinner was decent, particularly the steak pie and fries. The cleanup of the rooms needs improvement as I noticed some dust accumulating. Though there were positive moments, the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming due to the lack of upkeep and the dining service inefficiencies.

I had an absolutely delightful time! The dining experience in the glass-enclosed Italian restaurant was like a cozy meal under the stars. Plus, I loved how the bathroom in my Standard Double Room had a memory foam pillow that made snoozing feel like a dream!

Room was spacious with a comfy bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and great heating. Lots of amenities like body soap, shampoo, and towels. Breakfast had a vast selection of hot and cold items, and the Irish coffee in the bar was fantastic. The spa facilities were nice and relaxing, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

The service throughout was great. From the friendly staff to a comfortable room that had everything we needed, it was a pleasant experience that felt just right for a few days away. We felt welcomed, and the spacious bathroom made it easy to unwind after long days. The food was also surprisingly good, and we enjoyed a couple of delicious meals at the restaurant, especially the steak that melted in our mouths.
